Our client in the gaming industry, is searching for an experienced Team Lead to join their expanding team, taking on a leadership role within their technical function and reporting directly to their Head of Technology
๐ฌ๐ผ๐๐ฟ ๐๐ ๐ฝ๐ฒ๐ฟ๐ถ๐ฒ๐ป๐ฐ๐ฒ:
8+ years of software engineering experience, ideally in PHP
2+ years in senior engineering or architect level role
1+ years in a leadership role
Commercial use of a modern PHP development framework such as Laravel / Symfony desired
Writing automated unit/integration tests for solutions
Ability to build/maintain CI/CD pipelines
Excellent practical experience of docker
Excellent experience of SCM branching strategies
Excellent practical understanding of SOLID principles and design patterns
Hands-on experience with one or more DevOps tooling platforms
Hands on experience engineering on high availability, high throughput OLTP platforms
9+ years database experience, ideally with MySQL
Good understanding of relational databases and MySQL and writing efficient database queries
Hands-on experience with a range of different data storage paradigms (e.g., RDMS + Document + KV Stores)
